What is the return policy?
We stand by the quality of our gear. We offer a 30-day return window for any items that arrive faulty, damaged, or are incorrect. To keep our operations lean and prices fair, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." If your item has an issue, just email us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll handle the rest.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we’ll send you an update on your approval status. If approved, the refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method. Most banks take about 10 business days to show the credit in your account.
How much does it cost to return a faulty item?
Nothing. If your item is verified as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the full cost of the return shipping. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures at no extra cost to you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to get your gear to you as efficiently as possible. Your total delivery time is made up of a 2–3 business day handling period followed by a 2–8 business day transit period. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 11 business days.
How much does shipping cost, and can I track my package?
We keep things simple with a flat-rate shipping fee of $2.99 AUD anywhere across Australia. Once your order has been packed and handed over to our carriers (like Australia Post), we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can usually start tracking your journey within 24–48 hours of receiving that email.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or goes missing?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is simply the wrong product, please keep all packaging and contact us at support@theneuralnomads.com with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
If your tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is empty, please contact the carrier first. If the issue isn’t resolved within 3 business days, reach out to us and we’ll jump in to help track it down.
