1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time to ensure reliable delivery and quality.
2. Delivery Timeline & Costs
Your Estimated Total Delivery Time is calculated as:

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Australian public holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours. Track your package here: Track Your Order.
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other reputable courier services, depending on your location and the fulfillment partner.
4. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
The Neural Nomads is an Australian small business not registered for GST; prices on our site are final.
Some items may ship from international partners. Orders under $1,000 AUD typically do not incur additional import duties, but any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Damages & Missing Packages
Damaged Items: replacements or refunds are only available for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. Please retain all packaging and provide photos when contacting us.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your order, contact the carrier first. If unresolved after 3 business days, email us at support@theneuralnomads.com, and we’ll assist you.
